I would think that by the fact that he has the video on his server that it does not bother him that much.

i was thinking to go down friday night and return sunday, get a rental car and such, but i think for once i will take my birthday weekend to relax and do some jet skiing.

he'd have to be out of his mind to not let something like that bother him, everytime he goes online it haunts him he can't even make a post on any of the message boards without the pic being posted

Entertainment has typically been part of the business model as far as I can tell. This holds true esp. in sales.
