Are There Any Toronto GFYers That Own Any Real Estate/Cottages In The Muskokas?
If so, I would love to talk to you... I am going up this week to look at a beautiful rustic cottage up on a great lake in the Muskokas. 1400 feet of water frontage, 3 bedroom cottage with boathouse that contains 2 bedrooms. Multi-stage decking and a small beach area for kids.
 Here are some pics from the lake     The area is pretty pricey but I think it's still going to rise for years to come. Anyone else own real estate up in the Muskokas? DH |

Yep, we're just east of Baysville. 3.5 acres on 400' of a mid-sized lake.
Altho' prices may be a little inflated right now, I think long-term the area is a good investment. You're looking to buy on Muldrew? Excellent area, close to Toronto, so prices should closely reflect the movement in the TO area.
