Replace the character after search with &
I found the problem this week after wasting 20 minutes on my GF site wondering why the damn ads weren't working properly.

I'm doing all I can to get this fixed ASAP. I just called our CTO who will try and take a look at it from home and see if he can find a quick fix.

Also noticed they were way off (in several sites pushing them)

Last time I check I don't live in the US, let alone New York ;)
