    would be worth like 5k or something right?

                                          If you want to get into the domain business, get names with multiple keywords. Ice Cold does not give a warm fuzzy feeling about a hosting company.

                                                  If your not willing to spring a couple grand to start your hosting company then your now ready to start a business.

                                                  Reseller plans would be more your style.

                                                  And for most resellers it's local business and people your know so the name just needs to be easy to remember or at least type in.
