Read the page at this link in full. It's long, spend a day or two with it and think about everything you are seeing on the news today.

This is an article written in 1997 by William Cooper who was shot to death in 2001 under mysterious circumstances. His writings are many and his career as an officer in the Navy was a lengthy and detailed one.

I know some of these things are going to come off as crazy to you, but all I can tell you is that I am privvy to some of these things and it's not hogwash.
