p.s.s. after the epassporte "database problems" when everyone had their passwords erased and many users who had their account created by a sponsor didnt have a "secret question" set on their accounts so they couldnt reset their password.. you should warn users who dont have a secret question set to go make one.. ( like maybe a note in the account area when you login ) ( " warning no secret question has been set for this account )

Wait . . . the emails that are saved are going to be lost? What a PITA!

Okay. Answer the man's question please. I don't have time to figure it out on my own.

How did you do that....hit forward, and what next....what to enter in "To:" field....when I enter my epass address, for ex. [email protected] , I got that forwarded mail in my old system again, it's not showing in the new one.

Log in to your email.
Check the emails you want to save then click the forward button and forward them to an external email.
this way you can forward multiple emails at the same time.

The to: field would be the email where you want your emails forwarded.
example: [email protected]

Of course that happened. The new messaging system is NOT an email system. =)

Its on the front page when you log in - and you have a month to forward any emails.

Hi Rob (and all) !
I forwarded all my e-mails as one mail forwarded to my two personal ddresses. Each e-mail is an attachement. Just click 'SHOW ALL', then
'TOGGLE ALL' and press button FORWARD at the TOP. Then put yout e-mail, maybe also some copy to 'CC', Tittle, button SEND and all are forwarded. I hope spam filter will not stop it...
The problem is to search something on the list if you'll need one

Does Epassporte need to show porn sponsors on the site? I'm getting banners for IMLIVE.COM when logged in.

I changed my Epass password, and don't remember my old one. I can't get into the Email system with the current one even though it lets me into Epass just fine. How can I get the Mail password?

I read on another board about a banned countries list, due to suspicious p2p epass transfers, anything true?

I doubt it occurred to anyone to disable in and out mails, but leave the mailboxes in place. That would have been too convenient for their customers.

its not an issue if you have a few emails to send...its a huge issue if you have 3 years of financial records within 1000's of emails..why not just archive the old data, so we can have access to it...why do they have to delete it...?

They are - for over a month - that should be enough time for even The Shemp to forward them all.

DAMNIT!!

So, I use Firefox as it remembers my passwords for me. I logged in to my epass account in order to forward the 100's of emails to my regular client and it made me go to another link where it asked for my user/pass again.

Since I could not recall it I used the lost password function and it sent me a new password.

Logged into my account with the new password and it again sent me to the old email system where it asked for my password again. I put in the new password and it said not valid.

Now what?

Hey dont be so jumpy - I wasnt being catty - I just meant that you are bound to have a lot but it wouldnt take a month even with that many.

I have knocked EPass in the past when it was warrented - but I think this is a fuss about nothing.

They are changing the way they do things - I dont think it is done to piss anyone off - just the opposite. Being a webmaster in this industry for so many years I would have thought you would be used to change.

In new system is the welcome mail the very first email with a lock next to it?
In my personal account the welcome email where imported into the system and can't be deleted.

Try changing the password on your account, that should also change the password on your email and you would be able to login to your email.

The following countries can't send and receive p2p transfer.
Romania, Moldova, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine and Lithuania.
They are still able to receive funds from business accounts, use the virtual visa and electron card.

Since I could not recall it I used the lost password function and it sent me a new password.

Logged into my account with the new password and it again sent me to the old email system where it asked for my password again. I put in the new password and it said not valid.

Now what?
Try logging in and changing your password, that should affect both your account and email.
If it doesn't work please contact me.
