I was thinking of starting a few AVS archives again. Would you guys suggest anyone in particular for Picture archives, with good retention and pays a nice revshare?

Check out Free Net Pass. I have some that are still rebilling from 3 years +. You can also setup free, reccomended (promote your premium site) and premium site levels.

I like to "give" free movies and upgrade those members to premium.

I already have an archive there. You probably missed the part where I said I'm looking for a good AVS for PICTURE sites.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Not only do they master it, they also supply housting if you need it, and they are all the time sending traffic to the links list. Support is either thru e-mail or a toll free number, and in 6 years they have neven missed a payment due.
