Is there a tutorial on how to do a logo?

I remember seeing one years ago but dont remember where.
Has anyone done a tutorial on this?

I don't know, sorry! My tips / comments on this are... a logo should be simple, drawable with a pencil and piece of paper. Also remember, if you want to print it or have stamps with the logo, simple might be best. The more colors, the ore expensive it gets when printing... remember that it should be vector based!

You are absolutely right. All the 32bit coloured, 200 details-shit I see everyday makes me wonna cry....

1. do about 100 to 200 thumbnails sketches
2. pick 3 different directions that you like the best
3. do about 10 concepts on each direction
4. stop here and hire a designer
