Is there any software out there that you can feed a directory of images and it will mass resize those to whatever size you want? For example, I have 1332 60x60 .png images that I need resized to 50x50.

If you have Photoshop open up Imageready. You can create a droplet.

I wrote this years ago.

And you obviously don't know photoshop because you can batch resize with scripts in photoshop-imageready.

Imageready is not Photoshop. Had you mentioned Imageready like someone else, then I would have given your post more credence. And if I knew anything about graphic design, I probably wouldn't have asked this question. So

fireworks can also do this in batch mode. Very simple.

I also have compupic pro, it does it also, but the quality is not as good as fireworks. Plus there has not been an update to compupic pro in a long time and from what I understand from talking to the support department over there just a couple days agao, there is not going to be any.

Photoshop cs2... to hard to figure out... have to have a degree to do the simplest things (like watermark) Have not seen a single affective way to actually watermark a batch of pictures, if they are not all orientated the same way or the same size.

Acdsee Pro, Just bought it today... Looks really promising.

This would have been my reply to the letter....

but I also use Corel for batch processing too, the scripts are easy to set up and you can run the filters, color adjustments, sharpness, anything you want and it flies right through them. ...but I haven't found a good way to do the watermarking either.
