"congrats to the winners" = What people with a few brain cells and just enough intellect to log on the internet and chicken-type out post on a message board because they have nothing intelligent to offer. Much like the "see sig", [insert emu pic], [insert orly pic], etc, posts. They are simpletons. They must be treated as such. Kind of like that cute puppy that won't stop shitting on the carpet, they must be pampered to and care must be given to properly handle such individuals.

When you see these posts, please give the individuals posting such posts as much room as possible. It's amazing enough that they can function outside of their padded room, let alone roaming freely amongst society.

That being said, anyone posting "see sig, congrats to the winners" or anything else mentioned above, please take this as a message to get back in touch with your shrink, start taking your meds again and get back to school.
