Some ASSHOLE dumped his garbage on my lawn this morning. What should I do?

So I get the newspaper this morning and some asswipe threw 2 bags of garbage on my side lawn during the night.

Being the vindictive bastard that I am, I put on a pair of corpse handeling gloves and dig through the garbage to see if I can identify who it was.

The first thing I find is a draft copy of his resume, with his name, addy, telephone # and cell #.

Next I find copy of his BIRTH CERTIFICATE with his mothers maiden name.

Then I find his credit card statement and his checking account statement.

Then I find a copy of a drug test he passed, which contained his SOCIAL SECURITY #, to get a managers job at Circuit City where he currently works.

How do you think I should handel this?

You could SO ruin his life with that kind of info.

....the only problem is that the potential harm that you could do him would FAR outwiegh the petty crime of misplaced garbage.

I would simply call him up, and tell him what happened. Tell him how badly you could have ruined his credit, his reputation, even gotten him arrested, with the kind of info that he left you. Tell him that you are going to be the bigger man, but he better come back and get his crap off of your lawn NOW, or he is toast.

(p.s. Just in case something goes wrong, keep all of that info on the guy.)

There was also a girls cell phone statement with numerous calls to his cell phone. The girl lives 4 blocks over and my house happens to be along the route to circuit city.

My guess is he stayed at his girlfriends last night and dumped the garbage this morning on his way to work. Because he lives 3 towns over.

It's possible he didn't do it. It's possible his "girlfriend" is actually now his "ex-girlfriend", and a bit of a conniving and vindictive bitch.

Hell, anything's possible.... best to give him a call and figure it out for yourself. If he's a prick, bring it to the next level.... you know where the cat lives and works... so many (legal) ways to handle it at that point.

I agree with the girlfriend theory. Sounds like she may have stolen those items from him and needed to dispose of them someplace other than her own garbage. She is the one that lives close by. I mean, who would actually throw away a copy of their birth certificate?
