Ok, Finally got ahold of the Lawyer that Ibill is recommending everyone call about their note. Here is the short of what was said.
Ibill has no money at all to pay the notes. They are willing to give you a discount on Elegate fees if you process with them. They are now contemplating Bankruptcy to avoid all remaining debt.
They also told me that if I wanted, I could seek counsel and sue them and the owners directly, but I may not make it before the Bankruptcy and then would just be placed into the class action to try to get some of the money back ( most likely not )..
