That sucks man but I am glad you made your stand. Affiliates and employees should be treated like gold. If one or the other are unhappy something else is compromised in one way or another. For example if you have an unhappy, underpaid designer that is going to show in his work which then affects you and your profits. I hope it all works out for you.

i've been bitchin about it forever, over a year + way before ramos.

i can't wait to see everyone praise them again. the important thing for ramos to realize is that we all get drug through the mud at one point or another, but you fix your issues and move on. the internet will re-accept.

just from me alone they could have access to two programs traffic and a network of 20 tgp/mgps. traffic to the tgp/mgps is over 300k a day, with 1000's of members to both the programs members areas and consoles.

we had our experience with fleshlight and the links got yanked and will not go back up until they can provide stats and a backend that the industry is used to in this day and age.

There are many "large" programs / companies that are sitting too high on their horse to consider serious input from affiliates, consultants or others that see things with an outside POV. Funny that most of the time exactly these companies are too mismanaged to get their shit straight and just ignore or speak down to people that have their shit tight and a boatload of knowledge that would improve performance.

One of the things that make me sick about the e-Commerce industry.

Best is to not waste your time with above mentioned scenarios.

atleast juicy has the right idea don't know what the deal is with fleshlight and their support team but myself and a friend have been trying to resolve an issue for over a month and Ramos had promised him an answer on more than one occasion he promised that on march 1 when he started the new position he would have it taken care of but no one from the fleshlight support staff or ramos has contacted either of us back about it...

nothing serious but when your promised an answer on a few occasions and now thats it's been over a month i'd really like an answer we've both called in and both of have been ignored... don't understand it... i've been a fleshlight affiliate for 2 years now and have never had aproblem like this up until about a month ago

it seems like i can't get a hold of anybody there these days....
