Is Chockertraffic alive ?
I haven't used him for some time and now the site looks very dead ... contact page goes to 404 ... last messages are older than 6 months and gallery URLs are not being verified.
I am using http://www.chockertraffic.com/

I ran a number of URLs and such last week without any problems... Traffic is a little thin in some of the niches, but overall there is more than enough.
