I use Chameleon Submitter, which is a tool that will fit to everyone who wants to try this - no matter if they are new in the biz or advanced, since Chameleon is nice & easy.
I have no idea how those guys do it but the database of Chameleon Submitter is updated almost on daily basis. It looks like they replace around 100 TGP/MGP sites day after day. The bad ones goes to hell and new ones are being added!
Chameleon is good submiter to submit your galleries to tgp, that makes you visitors, specially when you have good galleries beacuse lots of TGPs will publish your link
in addition, it has a good support that gives you hand in case that you are in trouble.

Either AdvancedSubmitter.com, DreamSubmitter.com or ChameleonSubmitter.com, those are the three biggest and most used programs.
But what's even as important as the software is the Database of sites you're using. If you want to suceed as a submitter you'd have to maintain your own database, add partner accounts, paid accounts, paid spots, new sites, remove sites, etc.etc.etc. That actually makes the difference between earning $500 per month and $10k per month.
