help - router disconnects !!!!!!!!
wtf is this, it started about 3-4 days ago, I get disconnected 2-3 times a day
It's a Billion 5102 ADSL router, downloaded new firmware, checked for spyware on my PC, running a virus check ATM, it is not heating up though, any ideas??? Or should I just go and get a new one tomorrow? I think this one is about year and a half old, Google didn't help me much either. |

oh, and after it disconnetcs I can not even access the router itself, after rebooting everything's ok??????

routers do that all the time, they just lsoe conection after a certain period, just unplug both modem and router for 1 min, shutdown comps, plug back in modem, wait till its conencting, plug in router and boot comps.

If you lose your connection constantly, its rather a problem with your connecting line/station. I guess you are on adsl or?
