Help!

My hosting company's Technical Support department seems to be ignoring me and has left me without email for two weeks out of the last month and my business is dying as a result. So I guess I have to go through all of the pain of changing hosting companies.

This is the package that I am getting at the moment. I don't mind paying a little more if I got decent service and everything worked.

Price: $9.95/month
Storage: 2GB
Bandwidth: 50 GB/month
Unlimited domains
Unlimited POP3 email
CPanelX (all I really need is webmail and some decent stats from this)

If anyone has any recommendations as to a company that offers the above and provides a decent service, even for a tiny account like mine, I would be most obliged.
