Have salmonella poisoning for the second time in the past week, not good. Think I'm unknowingly trying to kill myself. Took some unintentional trial and error to figure out what caused the first round.

This thread reminds me of: Slowly simmered chicken broth with a few fresh, finely chopped veggies and saltine crackers while sipping straight from the stove-top.
Anyway. I know your pain. Went to see my parents in San Fran last November. Unfortunately ate at a fast food restaurant at the airport before I left on the plane. The whole week there, I couldn't eat anything. All the fresh crab we bought from the docks, the sour dough bread, clam chowder....nothing. Haven't eaten at a fast food restaurant since. Lost about 10 pounds, which is good, I guess.Your post count means nothing. -
Yeah, I'm down 10 pounds this week already...can't eat at all. Mayo did it to me.Originally posted by psiliThis thread reminds me of: Slowly simmered chicken broth with a few fresh, finely chopped veggies and saltine crackers while sipping straight from the stove-top.

Totally sucks man. I hope you get better. Eat some ginger too. One of the best herbs to relax the stomache and digestive track.

ouch! either don't go back to that resturaunt or make sure your cooking your meat (chicken) to 165 degrees.
Cooking chicken thoroughly kills bird flu virus
Government says 165 degrees is hot enough to destroy germs in poultry
