I don't think you will find any camsense icq as their customer support (help desk) by email is quite fast.

Anyway, I must tell you that I have reached not once 20% their maximum, but I am not happy with it at all.
Even if I am currently sending really good traffic to them, and converting traffic, I get lower income... which is strange.
After I email them and telling that I will move my campaigns, the sales are increasing even to more than 150-200usd/day (which is more than enough for me).
Another example is if I got 20% for the last pay period, this pay period is even lower than 15% (that is 10%) from 150usd to 40usd/day is quite a huge difference to happen all of the sudden (when I have at least 5-10 new good clients)

This is not acceptable. I am not suspecting them of anything (or I do but it doesn't matter).

This is life with camsense... just wanted to let you know that if you dream of having 20%... you will NOT get it too often (and yes, it doesn't matter what kind of clients you send).
