Namecheap > Godaddy Transfer: NC Dosent Approve Transfers? - GoFuckYourself.com

Well, its been well over a week since I started the process to move a domain out of namecheap.com to godaddy. Right now, GoDaddy is stuck on the "Pending Current Registrar Approval" step.

Status Description:

A transfer request for this domain has been submitted to your current registrar. We are waiting for approval. This process should be completed in 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email when the approval is received. Please check with your current registrar for more information.

So WTF is namecheap's problem? Do they just ignore requests to transfer away no matter what?

Fuck, I hate domain registrars. They all suck, as does ICANN. There has got to be a better way...

Why would you transfer from namecheap to godaddy? Godaddy sucks if anything I would be transfering from godaddy to namecheap. The best transfer I have had was yahoo to namecheap I LOVE NAMECHEAP!

I hate NameCheap's account interface. I dont like GoDaddy's much more, but I always feel lost in the NC interface. Plus, I have most of my doms at GoDaddy or Dotster these days.
