    Spanish question: what does PROCESO DE BAJA mean?

    Can someone help me by translating the following sentence for me:

    El dominio #### se encuentra en proceso de baja hasta el día '05/06/2006'

    Does this mean that it is expiring on this date, or that it is in registration right now, and will be finalized on that date?
