Saturday Day 2 of new male jack russell

So Day two is over, its been a long day we got up at 8 and went for a nice walk down the local paths the usual for me and Dobby in the morning.


Dobby and Hippy play a little in the grass I get them to go fairly easy no prob.

I do my saturday morning chores while the dogs play in the living room where I can keep an eye on them. Dobby the older and first male is defiently the dominate one even though he is smaller. Wrestling had become thier favorite past time I step in everyonce in a while if I think they might be getting to agressive with each other. I can tell when dobbys growl starts to change. I pull them apart and give them a time out.

1 PM we load up in the truck and start out on an adventure Hiking on the local creek. Me and Ellisa usually walk this route in 3+ hours depending on how many burgers we ate. I put on my ipod and we went on an hour suoer hike I walked at the dogs trot pace which was almost a jog about like a power walk. I mean we were hauling ass some places I would make them run for a bit getting hippy used to my commands. I make them stay to the side of the trail when we pass people, getting them to ignore people and other dogs and go to the bathroom when we stop. We did the whole loop in about 1 hours and they had a blast so did I. I got one hell of a workout in and out of the valley twice.

Hippy is taking to waiting at the door with dobby untill I get all the way up the stairs. he took to this pretty well.

They are sharing bones only one scrap there now they are playing like madmen. I will record some of it. its funny stuff
