SEO experts: question about domains and IPs

I have a question for the SEO experts out here.

I would very much appreciate the help. I am getting into the SEO biz and I know it's a very long and difficult process, but I'm up for it and before anybody says don't do it or anything like that - I have been in the online biz for a long time so I do know some SE things but obviously not enough.

I have 50 domains that I am planning to use for this project. Some are older than others, ranging from 1-5 years, but they are all currently parked domains.

My question is what the best way to go about 50 domains. Such as amount of hosts? IP's? DNS ? servers? and anything else that may be helpful.

Once again I appreciate any tips I can get

Just split them up with no more then 15-20 domains per host and you won't be penalized for sure. We have over 100 sites all cross linked on our servers and all are pr4 and over.

Remember though cross linking is only effective if each page as their own independent link trades.

yea another guy told me to do max 20 domains per host but what about the IP's ? he told me 3-4 domains per IP ?

and does google check the whois of the domains? or that doesn't matter?

It's in the patent but don't think it's been implemented yet.

busy day . . . If you have multiple sites of a similar theme, you need multiple Class C's. You can either get hosting from multiple providers and deal with the associated headaches of multiple bills, multiple control panels and multiple support contacts, or you can use GotWebHost.

When I say of similar theme I do not mean the same template or color. I mean if you have 50 sites that deal with car parts: ie: one for wheels, one for stereos, one for seats, etc, they are of similar theme.

If one site is cars, one is fruits, one is bicycles then you are okay and can even share the IP's among them.

Cross-linking should always be done with care.

I would say to read this article and make sure to use as many different hosts and most importantly different C-classs IP's for each domain if you can.

http://adultchamber.com/members/arti...roachtoSEO.htm

good luck and increase your pagerank for TOP inclusion in google...

I was planning to have about 3 domains per theme so would that mean I need 3 Class C's for those 3 domains? and if so could I use the same Class C for a different theme? and if so could I use it for as many different theme's as I want?

just use different IP's, different themes, careful how you interlink them, and you'll be fine.

But do they link to each other at all? Are the all getting google traffic for the exact same keywords and phrases are do 3 or 4 only get certain ones?

If they were ALL on different IP's I bet you would straight p0wn the Google pages (not spots) #1 - #10...

The whole thing about PAY TO PLAY.... Pay $1000 a month in hosting, make $50,000 a month in profit...
