Im using Chameleon Partner Requester and it works great. Especially in combination with their submit software.
Im getting tons of partner accounts for the smaller sites. The bigger sites are basically impossible unless you pay or know the owner.Comment

Basically there's not so much difference, you needed good connections back then to cover the real big sites with your submissions, now you need good connections too, or you can buy them. And I'd say the overall traffic that is available has at least doubled since 2001.
The entire "OnlyPartner" Game, and paid accounts/spots thingie has only put the entrance level higher IMHO, but the top submitters make more than ever cause they have less competition now.Comment
