Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 9.

- they made it illegal for porn producers to ask for 2 forms of ID (which in a country where everyone seems to have a fake ID, is asking for trouble)
- wanted model records to available for second line producers (every affiliate on the globe) (asking for models to become victims of stalking, rape, even murder)

They tried not to stop CP, they tried to make accidents happen, so afterwards they could blame the whole industry.

have you even read the laws these guys propose, they are not only applicable for American webmasters, no for everyone. They won't arrest you in a foreign country, but they reserver the right to arrest you when one visits the US. Germany also has laws for it's webmasters, but they only apply for German webmasters, they wouldn't dare to inforce rules for other countries, something this US administration has clearly no problem with
