i notice some sites just redirecting to a 404 trap looking page
I would guess a general niche email collection sponsor such as cecash would be best?

you can put a framebuster code on the pages so people will be more likely to click around on your page (instead of only the google frame). however it needs to be placed on each page manually.

Search on here and there is a frame buster that is nice. Then throw a popup too.

Not at all, with some mod_rewrite and php you can apply it to your whole site
