why would ccbill.com get traffic besides webmasters lookin to signup or memebrs lookin to cancel?

Why do people pay so much attention to Alexa? Its such a fucked up and inaccurate service it isnt even funny. Hell, for the longest time, it was reporting invalid contact information for one of my sites that I updated in whois at least 3 years ago.

1) refer.ccbill.com is what most people promoting ccbill-only sites send traffic to 2) All cc actions are processed on their domain
