download Adam Submitter (not the TGP one, the link lists one) - it's free, delete the LL database, add the blog directories one by one (you have to this only once) with the recips and your ready to go

you'll have to manually add the recip links to your site though

I love this site. It even gives you the html code to copy and paste in your sidebar instead of adding each one individually.
