I was checking my ref logs and found 1 ref hit sent from a child porn site...

so i reported it to.........http://www.asacp.org/index.php

it has been a month now and the website is not offline....

it really disgusts me....

do i have the right to DDOS the website?

the TLD is ".biz"

and no... i will not post the domain name....

does anyone have any idea on how to shut them down?

if so, hit me up on icq: 120594593

Could you imagine them going in front of any court with "Here is my kp site, and this fucker took me offline!" and them not getting escorted out of the courtroom in shiny silver bracelets?

Any form of denial of service attack is illegal, regardless of reason. You think that just because you send 1GB of packets to a host you are affecting just that site, no .. you affect any sites that are being hosted on that system, and any router between you AND that server, which could potentially disrupt millions of systems. If you want feds at your door, feel free to packet, otherwise move on. You reported it, let them deal with it on their time.

Please disregard the above post.

Not only do you have a _right_, but you have a god damned _DUTY_ to DDOS this guy. Your judgment alone is enough to determine how best to proceed. Don't believe the hype about the Fed, they've got second rate MCSE wash outs working for them and they're no match for your l33t skills. Let the packet flooding begin!

a ddos is a bunch of infected computers pinging a site with packets at the same time, around 500 connections per computer

with a network of 100,000 computers , you can easily take anything offline

There are far superior attacked to simple DDoS out there that require far fewer machines. There are some reflection techniques that also allow for amplification that work absolute wonders. But hey, if you have a few thousand boxes sitting at your disposal, go right ahead!

The 27 people the Feds busted last month that were streaming
live action were on a file sharing site.
The DOA knew about it for over a year before Super Mex Gonzales
busted them..

DO NOT DDOS THE FUCKER!

Report him to the authorities. A DDOS attack may get him to move hosts, since he may figure he's been found out by people who don't like his stuff. By doing it, you may actually cause him to move before getting picked up (and locked up) by the authorities.

Its sad to say, but attacking a CP site would make you a vigilante, and the law is VERY greyish about Vigilantes.

Unfortunately you may only report them... thats about all you can do
