Depends on where you go. I love Nextel and it works very well at home. But when I travel to OK or MS, Nextel isnt good for shit.

Sprint. Hands down. Between 400kbs and 2mbs connections. Only $15 extra - unlimited data. It works with a Treo, I'm not sure which other phones it works with.
