Got 3 lvl 60s now and number 4 almost there. I don't play that much anymore but I know exactly where all the good quests are so it doesn't take long to level up.
My next task is to get Pierre addicted as I were in the past :)


Anyone playing on the european servers? If so, which server are you on?

Our custom-coded emu? We haven't released the changes as of yet.

Interesting, how does the emu work? Or how do you get a private realm up?

I recently quit WoW, DE'd all my stuff like Equinox did. Then I took the money and gave it away, I made an event out of it, first 10 peple to open a trade get 100g each. I'd post a link to pics of it but I don't meet the stupid post minimum that lets me post links.
Then later I thought, oh shit I could have sold the characters, oh well, too late now. Unless someone wants to buy a handfull of naked level 60s.

It's complicated, to get it running correctly. But, when it *is* set up, anyone can play for free -- as long as you allow them to create an account.

As soon as I realized the game almost nothing to do with skill and everything to do with gear and how much time you have spent playing... i sold my account.

If you're a good gamer, you should kick ass... in WoW, if you spend 8 hours playing every day to get the best gear, you will win... skill means nothing :(

The only way to truly delete a wow character is to delete it, then create new character with the same names.
Then nobody can retrieve them back.

Swore never to play that game...I enjoy drinking with friends, real human interaction, and sex way too much. I know too many people who have become addicted, and know that I would as well.

A good computer game is the worst thing for any adult to play. They are just as addictive and harmful to productivity as a heroin or crack habit.

I don't play games at all. Haven't since I got over my AOE addiction in 1999. After my 4th day of not really sleeping or showering and looking at empty pizza boxes over a Chirstmas vacation I knew something had to give.

I kicked my WoW habit about 2-3 months ago now...

No more MMORPG for me
