can someone tell me what a return is??
this is the 1st time I have ever had a return show up on my stats. I already know what a chargeback is and chargebacks are in a seperate catagory.Can someone tell me what it is?

could be an online check return...
the surfers bank has 3 days to reject an online check transaction, for whatever reason, account does not have funds in it, does not exist, etc. online checks dont have the "instant auth" that a cc does
