                                                  Keep it and put some funny beer drinkers type stuff on there and get a viral word of mouth marketing campaign going.

                                                  Be good for an I'm drunk forum also.

                                                  You'll build a huge amount of traffic on that if you do it right.

                                                                      Wow, I like the domain name... but I can not believe it's been appraised at $10k. The only way I can see it being sold that high is if one of the big beer companies run a marketing campaign called 'I need Beer!'

A friend of mine turned down a $80K offer from a big corporation for a 2-word 7-character .com domain because it had the name of one of their products... and he doesn't even care about trading domains.

                                                                                          I did not say that $10K is a big number of a domain, I said I thought it was a big number for this particular domain because I can think of so many alternative domains that would have similar effect.
