I have one of these ... it's 49 cc and does about 35 mph with me on it ....i'm 200 lb ... I have the one below.

i used to have two of them. both blata's. one went 35mph the other went 60mph. They get old pretty quick. plus if you try ridding up hills you will burn out the clutch.

but it only are question of local regulations.
