NATS question
Does anyone know if their tech dept. is their on weekends as well? I have a pretty urgent problem concerning member upgrades I need to address and it cant wait till Monday. They are usually pretty quick, hope it applies to weekends as well.

Thanks everyone.
We have also just hired two more in house support guys (we keep everyone in house). One, Mike, started Monday, and the other, Joe, starts on the 15th of May. They are both very smart programmers/support people who you will be working with once they are trained  |
