![]() I am now on Day 2. I will make posts each day until 10 days of this is over. If 10 days comes and I feel that I can go on, I will go for 5 additional days ~ however, this is my first time doing this and I might just settle for 10.
Day 1 - was obviously a struggle as I saw over 56 food commercials throughout the day; but I had self-control and stuck to the 2tbsp Maple Syrup (real pure; no immitation), 2 tbsp pure lemon juice (no extract), and 1/10th tsp cayenne pepper in a 10oz bottle of water. I had 4 1/2 10oz bottles of this shit yesterday. Bowels already started catching up to me around yesterday at like 4:30-5pm. I have had diarrhea since. Day 2 - Woke up and shit some more... about to go mix together that magic drink again; yikes. I am not craving the waffles with butter and egg/cheese omelette as much as I was yesterday. So, maybe commercials won't get to me so much today. Frequent showers, walks, my weird juice mix, and working keep me busy... so I can keep my mind off of food. I will update this post tonight in regards to my mood and how things go today. Until next time, I must go shit some more! |
