Exactly, if you were proceeding with legal action I think most lawyers would tell you not to have any contact with who you are going after.... I may be wrong but I would not say anything after I handed it to a lawyer:2 cents: |

Judge- " So let me see the contract..." AaronM- "Err, well you see your honor I've got these icq logs...." Amazing for someone who is always exclaiming how professional he is, still does business like he was in junior high. I know you'll claim you've never needed to use a contract, but thats the whole purpose of using one for the time it does arise. |
You guys truly are clueless. I really think you need to carefully read what Aaron wrote. Carefully carefully. Read slowly for comprehension. People are reading one thing and thinking he's saying something completely different. It's really quite funny.

Oh, are you implying AaronM wants his address so he can send a refund to SOS and get his content back and they part as friends:2 cents: |

I'm not saying what he is or isn't sending. But a Cease and Desist is one example of something that could be sent and would fit the opening post. |
wow scary board drama

I understand your desire to defend your friend - that's all fine and whatnot. But if the basis of your entire defense is spinning phonetics, how sad is that? I like to think we're above that. |

The thing is that IF those statements are hurting his business, he should be contacting GFY. They are ultimately responsible for those posts. Any case he had would be much stronger against GFY than SOS because they are located in the US, have the content on their servers, and have let that content remain on their servers. If the issue is really over loss of business and not sig views, he should be going the other route. All SOS would have to say is "I didn't post it", "I couldn't delete it", "Why did you not ask to have it removed a year ago", "Why did you say it didn't hurt business yourself", etc. However, if it's about board drama and attention, sue the crap out of the kid. Nothing will change but some long threads and whatever business the attention drums up. |

So you basically stole his money and now you're going to sue him.
What an asshole move. |
This has really gotten stupid.

No judge on this fucking earth would be stupid enough to say that Aaron is right. Who has scammed who here? SOS lost 4500 dollar, Aaron gained 4500.
When the judge hear the story behind this, Aaron is fucked. Also, Aaron doesnt look to trustworthy when someone see him for the first time, all you see is some fat fuck eatin at mcdonalds 24/7. |

You've gotten the story from the horse's mouth - yet insulted everyone else for understanding it differently based on a different version presented online. This is all such utter foolishness. Really good example of how NOT to conduct business. It really comes across as sophomoric and rank amateur on a number of levels. And no, this is not 'hating' or whatever you or aaron wish to label it to feel better. Its simple observation of the realities. |
AaronM
You need to call NameCheap +1.661-310-2107 Let them know a Client of thiers has comitted a crime against you and that you have Legal Requests for them to provide you with the owner address of any of his sites. SexFeeder for example. They may ask for a judge supena faxed to them and some other details. hope this helps. |

Oh my God. He was told he can't sue. He was responding to that saying, "Yes I can". It's a totally different issue than the start of the thread. It doesn't mean he's GOING to sue, it means he could if he wished. Here's a statement from me: "I can rob a bank tomorrow." Will I be robbing a bank tomorrow? Did I just say it was going to happen? Same thing. Read the thread in context and that is easy to see. |
