$$65 BILLION in Hurricane Relief. Where the FUCK Did it Go??

Anybody keeping track of this? Hurricane Season is looming and I'm in Miami. I know CNN's Anderson Cooper is keeping it real on the Hurricane Disasters. He says BILLIONS have been lost...

Any comments, info or links??

Turbo, a few trailers for $65 Billion!! And what about the thousands of trailers the Govt. bought that are sitting their because they found out after they bought them (for $2 Billion) that they weren't coded for "Flood Zones"

You can never trust the government with your money. It's too obvious at this point. I think a 2007 tea party is in order.

You do realize that the $65 Million also included money to paid to government workers right?

Those politicians have really exhorborant salaries that need paying, you dont think they pass a budget like that and not get paid for it.. Do you?

We all know a postage stamps cost the government $100 just like a hammer costs upwards of $500 and a roll of toilet paper costs $300 per roll.

How much do you think all the aid that did make it to NO cost? Average price of a bottle of water is what these days? $2 maybe $3? You KNOW each bottle that got sent to the NO area was charged at $20.

Regards,

Lee

No, not his pocket but definitely to all the people "in the system" to keep everyone happy... except the citizens of New Orleans.

When you have that much money thrown at a situation of total chaos with the right hand not knowing what the left is doing.. especially a place like N.O. where most of the local gov't is crooked from the bottom up.. lots of people got really rich really fast....
