Corvette, explain something to me then. I went from doing 1:423 in Febraury to doing 1:10,000+ over the past 2 months. In February, I wasn't even promoting CCBill sponsors that hard, and still pulled out a decent ratio. So over the past couple of months, I've poured a LOT of time (which equals money, to me) into promoting mostly CCBill sponsors...and haven't made but one sale...and that was me doing a test sign-up.

If my sales had declined across the board that badly, then I would blame it on the economy, gas prices, fucking Martians, something...but it's only CCBill sponsors that are down that bad. Yes, my other sponsors have declined slightly...but that's because I haven't been promoting them as hard.

I'm not accusing CCBill of doing anything on purpose, but it's an undeniable fact that my sales have completely died since you did the "upgrade" over there...so that tells me that something ain't right!

Yep. Similar story here. Big day monday, Tuesday was average, then the bottom fell out on Wednesday for absolutely no reason. In fact, overall traffic that day was up by 20% to all our feeder sites and affiliates had just received a handful of new hosted galleries to promote, so sales should have been rocking.

Today seems better, but still nowhere near average. :disgust

So all these people are having the same problem at the same time and you guys have not noticed anything? your reps are still claiming everything is fine on your end? no comment on the Unrecoverable Errors people are getting? That is some good, honest customer service. :thumbsup

ps- I am aware I am using a fake name and no I don't work for another billing company

:warning :( :warning

A slow month for me but i dont blame ccbill for it.
One thing I have noticed is a higher than normal amount of Pre-auth SC declines.

madawgz 04-27-2006 04:06 PM

i dont seem to have any problems with ccbill...

I've tried to test signup with my credit card, and i get this: "credit card declined by bank".
I called my bank and they told me they didn't get any request for transaction which means they didn't decline my card.

So where is the problem???

P.S.
I have 0 chargebacks/refunds with that credit card, so it's not possible that i'm on ccbill 'blacklist'.

Let us know what you find out!!!

CCbill is tops in my book. If there is a problem, it is important we let them know. If they see a problem, there could be no reason I can think of that they wouldn't want to process more sales.
