So here is the deal, i already have a design fully done in .psd. I need for a designers to code the layout it completly in css. Simple job, let me know if you can do it.

Moving a design to code is often not that simple, especially if you are only working with DVI tags and are making sure it words in FF and IE. Good luck!

Eh, I might be up for it. Hit me up and show me the layout. $300 is my price, non-negotiable.

I'll make it 100% css w3c valid with no warnings, and w3c valid xhtml strict 1.0 html coding. Cross browser compatibility with all major browsers IE/FF/Safari/Opera. It'll be up to you to keep the code and css valid after you add your content/scripting and what not. As a ref of my work, I did www.babeprinter.com 100% css & was valid xhtml when I gave it to the site owner.
