We will do a 2.6 GHz or 2600+ with that and a 120 GB drive for $230/month, mention this deal to me. No Fantastico license is included, but can be purchased and/or installed separately. Add $15/month for an additional 120 GB drive, it can be configured for weekly or monthly backups for free.

This is a fully managed server and it is monitored with response by staff (5 minute intervals, reboots within 15 minutes). Our servers are on BGP routed bandwidth (multiple carriers) and housed in eXchange colo in San Francisco, one of the largest carrier neutral facilities on the west coast.

Setup fees are there to:

- lower the monthly fee ( if you are long term, you win )
- weed out the one month shit .. not really interested on dedicated.

BTW, this is a new box, not a recycled, so 48-72 hours delay for setup ...

Lower the set-up fee and add some more IP's and it would be just about right.

I understand the reasoning for your set-up fee, but I'm not new to this. Have been with my current dedicated host for 17 months, and have been using dedicated servers for almost three years now.
