We Are A Nation Of Fat...Check Out This Animation Of Rise Of Fat Nationally

    http://health.msn.com/reports/obesit....aspx?GT1=8307

I expected this map to develope cracks and sink into Earth.

I recall vaguely some scientist saying if they collected all the fat in America they could run every car on Earth for 20 years, send an Apollo sized rocket to Alpha Centauri and other such energy uses.

I knocked off 30lbs Got another 10-15 to go.

Looks like the southern states pave the way for getting fatter than the rest of the US...

The problem I think too is that no one has time to cook a healthy meal any more, it's always rush rush rush, eat on the go... When me and my wife cook meals at home, we eat way healthier than we do when we get fast food...
        I'm here for the violence!

I guess all of you fucks have been out of the loop. The requirements for being a real American have changed over the past thirty years. The new requirements are as follows:

-Weigh at least 250 pounds, 300 pounds preferred
-Knowing that money is more important than family
-Your diet consists of eating nothing but twinkies
-Voted for a chimpanzee for president. Twice
-Your exercise consists of lifting the remote control
-You must watch Fox News religiously
            -Wearing I HATE SOCCER t-shirts
-Own at least three handguns, two high powered rifles
-Watch horrible movie remakes such as Bewitched

If you do not meet at least half of these requirements consider yourself a dirty Canadian.

Its definitely tied to bordom and high fructose corn syrup.
I remember walking in Boston and being surprised at how many people were in good shape.

I've lost 125 pounds of fat in the last couple years, I went from 335 to 210. I think I have hit my ideal weight since I have been floating around 208-213 for the last couple months.

I think it's more about being lazy, for the vast majority of Americans. People don't have time to cook for thier kids yet the average American watches 3 hours of TV every night? Doesn't add up.
