                      ah, thx for all the responses and links friends... any care to share some of the more common media details for these kind of sites perhaps? as in length of clips, bitrate and resolution... i.e. are you providing media in the so-called "iPod TV" format or more suited to play on the devices built-in screen solely?

                      thx again, any information about these sorts of sites is more than welcome, thinking about starting a niche site geared towards the iPod market soon maybe..

                          lol, yes... unfortunately i have. that didn't even cross my mind though, GUBA has had so much of my content available so many times maybe i should just use them as a free iPod encoding service before filing the next round of complaints. would be nice to actually get something out of them other than being pickpocketed for a change..

                              bump? curious about the length of media files most are using for their iPod video offerings... also whether they are relying on h.264 or Mp4 as codec. i would have some very large films to convert and not sure if people have been offering these in segments or in large solid files?

                              any clarification or opinion welcome as always..!
