My new one is part pit so I started reading up on them , amazing animals . They are dog aggressive by nature but not to people. Very intelligent and highly trainable, extremely lovable to humans and little kids.What gives them the bad rap is bad training breeding and people that dont know how to read dogs. If the dog is pulling it needs more training. Seen lots of well trained pits that dont pull when they walk on a leash. You want to conqueor that one it can lead to other problems.Comment

combine that with treats which you give him often when he's walking well, and there's a little exercise you can do where you make a lot of sudden turns in a small area. Pretty soon he realizes that he has to keep his attention on you to anticipate the turns, it works good too.
