    I just bought WOW (world of warcraft)

    I haven't installed it yet...

    Which is better to play and why? The horde or the alliance?

    I like the idea of the Alliance, but all my friends are playing in the horde.

    What type of character is fun playing?
    I was thinking maybe a Troll, Warrior, or a Troll Hunter?

    The other option was playing the Dwarves and going for a Warrior or a Palladin.

    Help me before I play!

                                  Run! Run very fast, run very far and don't look back! WOW destroyed my life!
                                  My wife Left me, my parents disowned me, my electricity got shut off, I didnt bathe for weeks, I went days with no sleep, and I had to spend thousands on rehab!

                                  LOL, just kidding of course, but it is very addicting. Play as the alliance, there is alot more to do. I play as a night elf rogue, pretty cool, also play on the stonemaul server, join a guild as soon as you can, so you will have help whenever you need it, which will be alot, and download a crap load of addons that make the game interface more beneficial to you.

                                                      I wanna play this game... being reading a little about it, before i buy it, should I play on a Normal Server or PvP? I just wanna play sometimes, won't get that into it, so I think Normal?
