Haha. Ok if you do and you allow your feelings and dick to make this finacial choice for you please do the following.
Put together a written agreement.
Have it state she is responsible for half of the rent and bills.
Have it state the rules of the house including inviting people over and so forth.
Then each month give her a written & signed statement showing that you are trying to collect the rent and bill money. Even if she runs a tab, keep adding to it and having her sign. That way when it does eventually end up in small claims she can not fall back on the bf/gf excuse.
Last tip. Look up the maximum small claims suit amounts in your state and when she is close to them get your damn judgement. Do not let her run a tab beyond that amount.Comment
