Damn cold this morning -10C windchill
Current Conditions Winnipeg Manitoba
Partly cloudy -2 °C Dew Point -8 °C WindChill -10 °C Wind 29 km/hr N Relative Humidity 68 % Barometric Pressure 102.6 kPa Pretty damn cold out this morning considering that it was +22C yesterday and the day before. and the temps are supposed to be low all week I am getting sick of the up and down weather here.
