Sure he might make an extra penny or two, but it hurts the sites he trades with. He reputation is now TAINTED. Actually I don't think I ever saw your site in any of the toplist of the people that I trade with so that can't be the problem.
And also. Once you passed the visitor along to a trade they can send their visitors to the worst console hell ever if that was what they wish, except exit consoles and stuff if that is against your rules. It is really not your problem since you get a visitor back for a visitor you send.

Agreed, it's usually the ones that fail at making an honest sale, that resort to circle jerking and pop up hell to try to earn that fraction of a cent click. Some things are better to have without consoles. Others it will increase your income 5 times for the traffic they send putting a exit. You just need to find the balance. Just like advertising teens on mature galleries and vice versa. Some things works outs others won't.

If you really wanna be honest about it, to the surfer traffic trades are annoying as hell.

Not to mention traffic trades that send you to pop up hell.

From what I've noticed it's that uncertainty that keeps at least 50% of the pay site members buying memberships instead of heading to their favorite TGP's every night at 11pm.

That could be a good thing for the biz. If it was too clean and easy we would see a noticable drop in paysite memberships rather quickly.

No actually tgp4all has always been hosted at dynamichosting.
We don't have anyone here at the office 24/7 to monitor our servers so I prefer using a host I know I can trust. Why all fetishhits.com sites is being transfered to dynamichosting also.

not true - the CLEANER the site the BETTER the signup ratio. Some of the BEST signup ratios are on the CLEANEST sites like thehun, worldsex and AL4A. That's why people PRE-Pay them thousands of dollars to post their galleries on the top of those sites - CLEAN GALLERIES WITHOUG POPUPS. Shit you are right. But what you are forgetting is that I have strict regulations on my exist / trade sites. Unlike many others I don't trade with sites splattered with beast / incest shit etc. And I don't trade with people using exit brokers and I dont use them myself since their consoles are way too nasty and THAT hurts the traffic but not the overall traffic.
What is hurting traffic is sponsors offering "1 week for free" only to find out afterwords that they where actually billed for 1 month also.
I run a hongest, legit and fair business.,.. We run both hosting, paysites, freehosting, CJ2 sites, TGP sites offer programming services for others as well.
That is not what is destroying the proffit margin but instead people that can't draw the line between 1-2 popups to 15-20 popups from some broker that pay $2 per 1K or some sponsor with "1 week for free" There is a ton of factors included and 1-2 consoles have never been one of them.
Some people it increase the income other people it will go down. Then that is fine the thouse 2 people will never trade

I had a probelm with a guy not sending me traffic back today. I didn't cancel his trade, it was an honest script mistake. I contacted him and he fixed it. But someone hitting a surfer with that many popups isn't an HONEST MISTAKE and needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATLY or YOUR reputation is left in question. Sure if you have a relationship with them you tell them, but to continue means you have NO respect for your surfers or your Trades.

Yes excactly reputation is what I'm thinking about.
I just don't kill a trade after several years instead I turn the head down and wait untill he get it fixed. I don't need to proove things to myself so I have no problem letting it run for the aprox 4-5+ hours it will take before he get online

Hmm...I'll have to agree with sleazy also. I just retired my surfer traps (full of blurs, chained exits, blind links - you name it and its in there) for more surfer friendly methods of business. Why? Because after pummelling the traps & doorway sites with traffic and snagging some nice income I had hosting problems and had to stop submitting - traffic at every doorway (dirty trade sites, fake link lists, etc) died QUICKLY and left me with nothing.

Now, had I sent all that traffic to a clean site which simply listed my daily galleries or something like that, I would have enjoyed the vacation from submitting being able to live off the bookmarkers and happy surfers who weren't afraid to click my banners/text. But I fucked the surfer over in my traps and comming back from my short vacation I'm pretty much at square 1 for traffic.

Not to mention traffic trades that send you to pop up hell. From what I've noticed it's that uncertainty that keeps at least 50% of the pay site members buying memberships instead of heading to their favorite TGP's every night at 11pm. That could be a good thing for the biz. If it was too clean and easy we would see a noticable drop in paysite memberships rather quickly.

I read statistics and articles to the contrary in other places but if AL4a (and now you too?) can charge 4000 for a banner spot through Cybercat it really does say something about the value of being clean as possible. I'll take your word for it. You do this for a (good) living. Now Sleazy, how about giving me one of those gallery spots for 20 bucks so I can test the traffic and draw my own conclusion? I'll even write a story... a short one... but it'll be a good one!

I just retired my surfer traps (full of blurs, chained exits, blind links - you name it and its in there) for more surfer friendly methods of business. Why? Because after pummelling the traps & doorway sites with traffic and snagging some nice income I had hosting problems and had to stop submitting - traffic at every doorway (dirty trade sites, fake link lists, etc) died QUICKLY and left me with nothing. Now, had I sent all that traffic to a clean site which simply listed my daily galleries or something like that, I would have enjoyed the vacation from submitting being able to live off the bookmarkers and happy surfers who weren't afraid to click my banners/text. But I fucked the surfer over in my traps and comming back from my short vacation I'm pretty much at square 1 for traffic. Food for thought. RMG
