                      Some questions:
                      What kind of documentation do you have regarding the models? Is it 2257 compliant? In what kind of context have the pictures been used? Is all pictures licenced exclusively by you? Will we get an exclusive licence so that we can resell the images when we have scanned them?

                          Scanning a million slides is going to take a while...

                          Hell, even viewing them for 5 seconds each with a loupe would take a couple of months with no break...

                              More back of the envelope calcs - if each slide takes a minute to scan then it would take over 2 years to scan them all, and you'd be doing it 24/7/365. That's a LOT of content! And probably at least one failed scanner......
