Update:
Since the last time that I posted here I was still bothered how ahosting did me wrong. So I was about to let the situation go when I read somewhere that someone else was also ripoff by a traffic company (not ahosting's company but a different company). anyhoo the guy wanted a refund because he received fake hits to his site. The seller at first refused to give him the refund until the guy threatened the seller that he would go to FTC. so the seller finally gave him his money back
That what I did to ahosting on wednesday. I gave him the ultimatuim: either he give me back my money or I will report him in to FTC. I gave him until today to respond. and after all attempts to get him to respond he finally did. he emailed me today. he said that he is going to process the refund. here the thing ;he claimed that the refund was processed back when I demanded it. (yeah fucking right or paypal wont do all that hassle to suspend his account)he tried to show me paypal receipt proof that the refund was send through paypal . instead this so called briallent seller gave me proof of the money that I send him! and I emailed him about that.
currently my refund is pending according to paypal and I will keep you post it of the outcome. I hope that this encourage people to tell these ripoff traffic sellers (or any shady internet business company) that you aren't going to walk away quietly if you get ripoff. I know that when people get ripoff usually it isnt that much money and people would just move on. but still because of that that cause these shady assholes to be in business especially if people dont do anything about it. I know that FTC doesn't do indivial cases like try to get customers money back etc but still if you tell they will listen. They do take online fraud seriously. and people like ahosting are scare of them!
I hope this going to work out. ahosting get his paypal account back and i will be getting my money soon.
